Diagnostics: Four weeks

• Time spent in your business, with your people, and inside your data.
• Extensive time spent onsite with your team, qualitative and mixed methods analysis of your data, culminating in a leadership workshop and an evidenced report.

Retained Advisory: Three to twelve months

• We work alongside your leadership team through a period of change.
• Named Partners on an agreed schedule with clearly defined monthly objectives.

Projects: One to six months
